Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period.

Once you have notified us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items may only be tried on to assess the size and fit and must not have been worn beyond this, washed, damaged, stained or otherwise altered.

All original labels and tags should remain attached to the item. Please do not remove the tags until you are certain that you wish to keep the item.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit, or if original tags have been removed resulting in a loss of value, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting depreciation from the refund.

Sale and discounted items may also be returned within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us as soon as possible at info@calestudio.com so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or item? Please contact us at info@calestudio.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount due using your original payment method within 14 days of being notified of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If you return your entire order, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Consumers within the European Union generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
